Change your password
The Security page shows a “Change Password” form with the helper text: “Choose a strong password with at least 8 characters.”1
Open the Security page
Navigate to Dashboard → Security.

Fill in the form
Enter your Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password.

Click Update Password
Click the “Update Password” button to save your new password.
Forgot your password?
If you’ve forgotten your current password, there’s a “Forgot your password?” link next to the Current Password field on the Security page. You can also start the reset flow from the login page.1
Start the reset
Click “Forgot your password?” on the Security page or on the login page at mediplace.ca/login.

Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your account.

Check your inbox
You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and choose a new password.
