When you receive an inquiry, responding promptly and clearly increases your chances of securing a good tenant for your space.
Viewing inquiries
Navigate to Dashboard → Inquiries to see all your received inquiries. Use the filter tabs (All, New, Read, Archived) to find specific inquiries. Each card shows the practitioner’s name, the listing they’re interested in, and when the inquiry was received.
Before responding
Each inquiry card shows the practitioner’s name, email, and phone number. Take a moment to review their information and message before responding.
Each inquiry has three action buttons:
- Mark as read — marks the inquiry as reviewed and moves it to the Read tab
- Archive — moves the inquiry to the Archived tab, useful for inquiries you’ve already handled
- Reply — opens a reply to the practitioner
Best practices
- Be timely — Respond within 24–48 hours. Practitioners often inquire about multiple spaces and may commit elsewhere if they don’t hear back.
- Be clear about terms — Include your price, available time slots, and any house rules or requirements.
- Be professional — Remember, you’re building a working relationship with a fellow healthcare professional.
- Ask questions — It’s reasonable to ask about their practice, expected patient volume, or insurance coverage.
A quick, professional response sets the tone for a good working relationship. Even if the practitioner isn’t the right fit, a courteous reply keeps your reputation strong.
