MediPlace serves licensed and regulated health professionals across Canada — physiotherapists, psychologists, massage therapists, chiropractors, dietitians, social workers, and more. When you create your listing, you select which professions your space is suitable for, and only relevant practitioners will see it in their search results.
Each listing has a detailed availability schedule. You choose which days of the week your space is available, and for which time slots — morning, afternoon, evening, or all day. You can update your availability at any time from your dashboard.
You pay a flat monthly subscription based on your plan (Solo, Multi, Clinic, or Custom). There are no transaction fees, no commissions on bookings, and no setup costs. The subscription covers everything — listing creation, photo hosting, bilingual translation, and inquiry management.
Yes. The Multi plan supports up to 3 rooms, and the Clinic plan supports up to 8. Each room is its own listing with its own photos, room type, equipment details, and pricing. The Custom plan offers unlimited listings for larger facilities.
They send you an inquiry through MediPlace. You receive a notification, review their message and profile, and respond directly. MediPlace facilitates the connection — the rental arrangement is between you and the practitioner.
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, your listings remain active until the end of your current billing period, then they are automatically deactivated (not deleted). All your content is preserved — you can reactivate anytime by subscribing to a new plan.
MediPlace does not provide insurance coverage. We recommend that clinic owners maintain appropriate commercial liability insurance and verify that subletting or sharing clinical space is permitted under their existing policies. Requirements may vary by province and by your landlord agreement.
The public clinic page is an optional feature (available on the Multi plan and above) that creates a dedicated page on MediPlace for your clinic. It showcases your clinic’s name, logo, description, clinic type, year established, location with a map, and all your active listings in one place. Practitioners can discover your clinic page from any of your listings. You can enable it from Dashboard → My Profile → Public Clinic Page.
MediPlace is purpose-built for clinical space. Our structured listings capture room type, equipment, professions served, and availability in a way that generic platforms can’t. Every listing is verified, every user has an account, and the platform is designed specifically for the needs of healthcare professionals — not general real estate or office sharing.
