Understanding how search works on MediPlace helps you create listings that reach the right practitioners. Practitioners browse listings using a combination of filters. All filters auto-refresh results — there’s no “Apply” button. The available filters are:
  • Region and city — Geographic location of the space
  • Room type — Treatment Room, Consultation Office, etc.
  • Profession — The practitioner’s specific profession (e.g., physiotherapist, psychologist)
  • Availability — Day of the week and time slot (morning, afternoon, evening)
  • Price range — Minimum and maximum price

What appears on listing cards

When practitioners browse search results, each listing card shows:
  • Cover photo — The first photo in your listing gallery
  • Room type badge — So they can quickly identify the type of space
  • Price — Per day, week, or month
  • Title — Your listing title
  • Location — City and region
  • Verified badge — Indicates an active, verified listing

How to improve visibility

  • Complete all fields — Listings with photos, accurate room types, and detailed descriptions rank higher in relevance
  • Select the right professions — Practitioners filter by their profession, so accurate selection means your listing appears in relevant searches
  • Keep availability up to date — Outdated availability leads to mismatched expectations
  • Upload quality photos — Listings with good photos attract more clicks
MediPlace search results are sorted by relevance. Complete, accurate listings with photos and up-to-date availability appear higher in results.
