Your listings page
Each listing row shows:- Thumbnail image — the cover photo
- Listing title
- Date created
- Status badge — Active, Inactive, or Draft
- Price with pricing unit (per day, week, or month)
- “View Listing” link — opens the public listing page
Managing a listing
Each listing has a ”⋯” menu (three-dot icon) with four actions:- View Listing — opens the public listing page as practitioners see it
- Edit Listing — opens the full listing editor where you can change any field
- Activate — makes an inactive or draft listing visible to practitioners in search results
- Deactivate — temporarily hides the listing from search results. Your content is preserved and you can reactivate anytime.
- Delete — permanently removes the listing and all its photos
Subscription requirements
Certain actions require an active subscription:- Editing a listing — If your subscription is inactive or canceled, you’ll be redirected to the billing page to subscribe before you can edit.
- Activating a listing — You need an active subscription and available room slots on your plan. If you’ve reached your plan’s listing limit, you’ll need to upgrade or deactivate another listing first.
- Deactivating a listing — Always allowed, regardless of subscription status.
Editing a listing

Go to your listings
Navigate to Dashboard → Listings.

Open the editor
Click the ”⋯” menu on the listing you want to update, then select Edit Listing.

Make your changes
You can modify everything: title, description, price, room type, professions, availability schedule, photos, and location.

Save
Click Save to apply your changes. They are visible to practitioners immediately.
