MediPlace generates invoices monthly through Stripe. You can access them from your dashboard or directly from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Finding your invoices

  1. Navigate to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Under Invoices, you’ll see a list of all past invoices
Each invoice includes:
  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan name and billing period
  • Amount charged (in CAD)
  • Payment status

Downloading invoices

Click any invoice to view its details, then download as a PDF. These PDFs are suitable for accounting and tax records.
All amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Invoices are generated on the same date each month, based on when you first subscribed.
