Your clinic details are the public-facing information that appears on all your listings. This section is on the My Profile page, below your Personal Information. Navigate to Dashboard → My Profile and scroll down to the Clinic Details section.

Fields

  • Clinic Name — The name of your clinic or practice
  • Description — A brief description of your clinic, up to 500 characters. Shown on your profile.
  • Address — Street address
  • City
  • Province (dropdown)
  • Postal Code
  • Clinic Email — Public contact email shown on your listings
  • Clinic Phone — Public phone number for inquiries
  • Clinic Logo — JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 2 MB. Two buttons: “Change logo” and “Remove”.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Public Clinic Page

Below the Clinic Details section, owners on the Multi plan and above will see a Public Clinic Page section. This lets you enable a dedicated public page for your clinic on MediPlace, with additional fields for clinic type, year established, and a detailed description. How changes propagate

When you update your clinic details, the changes apply automatically to all your listings. You don’t need to edit each listing individually.
Your clinic email and phone are visible to all MediPlace users. Make sure to use professional contact information that you actively monitor.
Both Personal Information and Clinic Details are on the same page (My Profile). You don’t need to navigate between separate settings pages.
