When a practitioner finds your listing and wants to learn more, they can send you an inquiry through MediPlace. Inquiries are conversation starters — they are not bookings or commitments.

How it works

  1. A practitioner views your listing and clicks Send Inquiry
  2. They write a message introducing themselves and their needs
  3. You receive an email notification (sent via MediPlace)
  4. The inquiry appears in your Dashboard → Inquiries

The Inquiries page

Your Inquiries page shows a count of total inquiries and four filter tabs:
  • All — every inquiry
  • New — unread inquiries
  • Read — inquiries you’ve marked as read
  • Archived — inquiries you’ve archived

What an inquiry card shows

Each inquiry card displays:
  • Practitioner’s name, email, and phone number
  • Status badge (New) and time ago (e.g., “17 hours ago”, “6 days ago”)
  • Linked listing title — which of your listings the inquiry is about (e.g., “Re: Beautiful office overlooking the stadium”)
  • Message preview — the practitioner’s message text

Email notifications

MediPlace sends you an email notification for every new inquiry. Make sure your account email is one you check regularly. You can manage notification preferences from your dashboard settings.
Inquiries are not bookings. They’re a way for practitioners to express interest and start a conversation. The rental arrangement happens directly between you and the practitioner.
