Your personal information is managed on the My Profile page. This page has two sections: Personal Information (covered here) and Clinic Details. Navigate to Dashboard → My Profile to access this page.

Personal Information fields

  • Full Name — Your display name as it appears in the dashboard
  • Personal Email — Private. Used for notifications. Changing this will also update your login email after confirmation.
  • Personal Phone — Private. Never shown publicly. Used for account communications only.
  • Preferred Language — Choose English or Français. Notifications and emails will be sent to you in this language.
  • Newsletter — Checkbox: “I’d like to receive updates, tips, and new listings by email.”
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Important notes

  • Personal information is private — practitioners and other users cannot see it.
  • Your personal email is your login credential. If you change it, use the new email to sign in going forward.
  • For public-facing contact details (what practitioners see on your listings), update your clinic details in the section below on the same page.
