The public clinic page is an optional feature that creates a dedicated page on MediPlace showcasing your clinic. It’s available on the Multi, Clinic, and Custom plans. Your public page displays your clinic name, logo, location, description, clinic type, year established, a verified badge (if applicable), a map of your location, and a grid of your active listings — all in one place.

Enabling your clinic page

1

Go to My Profile

Navigate to Dashboard → My Profile and scroll down to the Public Clinic Page section (below Clinic Details).
2

Toggle it on

Flip the “Enable public clinic page” switch. This reveals the additional fields.
3

Fill in your details

Complete the optional fields:
  • Clinic type — Select from: Collaborative Multidisciplinary, Independent Private Offices, Mixed, or Specialized Single Discipline
  • Year established — The year your clinic was founded
  • Long description — A detailed description of your clinic’s mission, culture, and team (up to 2,000 characters). Write in your preferred language and use the Translate button to auto-generate the other language.
4

Save

Click Save Changes. A unique URL is automatically generated for your page (e.g., mediplace.ca/en/clinics/your-clinic-name).

Your page URL

When you first enable your clinic page, MediPlace automatically generates a URL slug based on your clinic name. This slug is permanent and cannot be changed. The URL appears as a read-only preview in the form — click it to visit your live page in a new tab.

What practitioners see

Your public clinic page includes:
  • Clinic logo (or initials fallback) and name
  • Verified badge if your clinic qualifies
  • Clinic type badge (if set)
  • Location (city, province) with an interactive map
  • Year established and Member since year
  • Long description (in the practitioner’s language)
  • Active listings displayed in a grid — practitioners can browse and inquire directly

How it connects to your listings

When your clinic page is enabled, your clinic name on every listing detail page becomes a clickable link to your public page. A “View clinic profile” link and your clinic type badge also appear in the sidebar. This helps practitioners learn more about your clinic before sending an inquiry.

Plan requirements

The public clinic page is gated to the Multi plan and above: If you are on the Solo plan, the Public Clinic Page section on your profile shows a message directing you to upgrade.

What happens if you downgrade or cancel

  • Downgrade to Solo — Your clinic page is automatically disabled. It will no longer be accessible to practitioners. All your data (description, clinic type, year, slug) is preserved. If you upgrade back to Multi or above, you can re-enable it.
  • Cancel your subscription — Your clinic page is automatically disabled along with your listings at the end of the billing period.
A complete clinic page with a detailed description and all fields filled in makes your clinic look more professional and helps practitioners decide to reach out.
